WHY I AM A THERAPIST
I love people and children, and I love, love to help bring more balance and joy to people’s lives. I hope that working with me helps people feel less alone in their struggles and more hopeful in moving forward. I love learning and reading about human beings, emotions, spirituality, self-development, personal growth, and love. I am a therapist so that I can work with and compassionately guide people as they go through difficult seasons and life transitions.
Trauma, PTSD, First Responders
Men's Issues, Relational/Intimacy Issues
I am a registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, MFT 108872. I received my BA at the University of Puget Sound in Washington and my MS in Counseling Psychology at Mount Saint Mary’s University in Los Angeles. I have several years of experience working with families, as well as children and adolescents who have experienced complex trauma, family conflict, school issues (ADHD, anger management, bullying, peer conflict), and life changes. While working with these children and their families, I was blessed with the opportunity to witness how human beings heal from trauma, and how I as a therapist can best guide that process.
Individuals of all ages, ethnicities, cultural backgrounds, and sexual & gender identities are welcomed.
